These bacon-wrapped pineapple bites are iresistible to kids and adults alike. They are perfect snacks for family game night or feeding a gaggle of hungry kids.
Makes 24 appetizers
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 12 strips of bacon, halved lengthwise 24 chunks fresh pineapple
- 24 toothpicks
- Preheat broiler.
- Place piece of pineapple in center of each bacon strip, wrap, and secure with toothpick.
- Place rumaki on broiler pan or shallow baking pan and broil, about 5 or 6 inches from heat, until bacon is crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, bake in 375 F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve hot!
