Bacon – Pineapple Rumaki

These bacon-wrapped pineapple bites are iresistible to kids and adults alike. They are perfect snacks for family game night or feeding a gaggle of hungry kids.

Makes 24 appetizers


  1. 12 strips of bacon, halved lengthwise 24 chunks fresh pineapple
  2. 24 toothpicks


  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place piece of pineapple in center of each bacon strip, wrap, and secure with toothpick.
  3. Place rumaki on broiler pan or shallow baking pan and broil, about 5 or 6 inches from heat, until bacon is crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, bake in 375 F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Serve hot!
