Portland is...“Portland is….a small town disguised as a big city. Portland has changed…since 1977? A lot! Still great people, friendly, open, warm. Way more great restaurants, and more variety in the arts. Tremendous improvements in artistic offerings as great musicians, dancers, actors, and artists have come to stay. Unfortunately we have weaker schools because of cuts in the arts.”
