Tovas\, a poet\, writes and sings the group’s songs in Azerbaijani Turkish and Farsi\, while her husband Jan\, a master musician\, also sings\, arranges the music\, and plays keyboard and Tambur. \nJoin us for an unforgettable evening with one of Oregon’s most distinctive bands\, promising a musical experience like no other! \nThis performance\, supported by a City of Hillsboro Performance Series Grant\, directly supports Tora’dan\, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting The Immigrant Story.
